About Irme
I prepared the "Ossetian Cuisine: Cultural Memory and Traditional Recipes" book to preserve and share the flavors, stories and traditions of Ossetian cuisine.
I personally photographed each recipe, bringing together my connection with Ossetian culture and my passion for keeping these culinary traditions alive.
