Irme Özlem Temurlenk, an artist and designer of Ossetian origin, signs her artworks as Irme Mamsirati, reflecting her Ossetian heritage. Whether she's creating vibrant artwork or designing sustainable fashion, her goal is to inspire others to embrace their creativity and live more sustainably.

As an artist, Irme explores the beauty and complexity of the world around her. From vibrant abstract paintings to intricate illustrations, her art reflects her love for color, texture, and self-expression. She believes in the power of art to heal and connect, and she shares her unique vision and voice with the world. Her abstract and avant-garde artworks, inspired by the Avant-garde movement during her time in Russia, delve into the theme of "Woman," focusing on the struggle of existence, perceptions of women, and women's self-perception. Using primary colors like red, yellow, and blue for backgrounds and black contoured and white for figures, she often paints the entire canvas with a single primary color, allowing the design to emerge organically. Her artwork has been exhibited in galleries across the UK, Germany, Turkey, Greece, and Russia, and is held in private collections worldwide, including in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Russia, Germany, Malaysia, Italy, Greece, and Turkey. Her avant-garde work 'Labels' was selected as an NFT for exhibition at the Superchief NFT Gallery in New York, USA, as part of the Every Woman Biennial's 1st NFT Biennial in 2021, and she continues to develop new NFT collections.

As a designer, Irme is committed to creating sustainable pieces that are both stylish and responsible. Her fashion brand, Mamsirati Irmæ, is inspired by retro aesthetics, featuring classic silhouettes, vintage prints, and nostalgic details. A key element of the brand is its use of organic, recycled, and biodegradable materials, combined with a commitment to ethical and eco-friendly production methods. Founded in 2004, Mamsirati Irmæ offered one-of-a-kind designs sold globally for a decade.

Irme's background in ceramics informs her artistic approach. Beyond her personal work, she has curated international art exhibitions, including the art'ALAN Exhibitions in 2017 and 2018, showcasing artists from around the globe.

In 2023, she spent six months traveling across 8 Asian countries, seeking fresh inspiration for her creativity. During this time, she began designing and crafting handmade travel essentials for fellow travelers. Upon returning to Turkey, she embraced a new path, leading her to Montenegro—a place whose beauty and traditions have deeply inspired her. Now, as she embarks on this new chapter, her upcoming projects reflect her ongoing dedication to merging art, design, and sustainability.
